Join us for a wonderfully, wintery 5-course beer tasting dinner. Fitzhugh Chalet invites you to try the high end flavors of the rustic Canadian Rockies. Where rustic meets an upscale palate, while enticing your tastebuds through a unique culinery adventure. 

Timeline of Events:

5:45pm: Pre-drinks start

6pm: Tour of the brewhouse with Nathan Rice, head brewer

6:30pm: Dinner starts on time

8:30pm: Dinner ends, final drinks if wanted, take home swag bags and final thoughts over the meal
